My work is well suited for individuals looking for a different approach to mainstream talk therapy, perhaps looking to “get out of my head,” or “wanting more than just talking.” I work with any individual wishing to live into a life they feel they are chosing consciously and feels alive and aligned with who they authentically are vs what has been set up for them. My work is trauma informed which means I work with an understanding about how past trauma can trigger activated states and fears. Consent and collaboration are at the center of how I work to support your autonomy and communication of your true needs, feelings and identities.

I welcome and work with people of all genders and sexual orientations. This includes LGBTQQIA+ community, altsex, kink, polyamorous/non-monogomous, heterosexual and monogamous sexualities.
